General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern all content and products offered on the website www.grundbuch-auszug.at (hereinafter "Website") between ImmoDigital Solutions GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and the user or customer (hereinafter "User"). The User agrees to the GTC both by using the Website and by purchasing products on the Website. By purchasing a product on the Website, the User expressly agrees to the GTC. The Provider reserves the right to update the GTC at any time. The current GTC, which are always applicable to the User, are available for download at https://land-register-austria.com/terms-and-conditions/.

Upon completion of the purchase process, a contract is concluded between the Provider and the User based on the GTC in effect at that time. The data provided by the User during the ordering process is immediately queried in the Austrian land register after the purchase process is completed. In the next step, the requested document is sent to the email address provided by the User as a PDF file.

If an invalid email address is provided, the service is still considered fulfilled upon completion of the purchase process, as the query in the land register is conducted immediately after the purchase process and incurs a fee. If the data provided by the User during the purchase process is invalid, preventing the land register query from being completed, the User may inform the Provider of the correct data via email at support@id-solutions.at. The Provider will manually query the correct data in the land register and send the document to the User by email.

There is a daily maintenance window between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, which may result in delays in the provision of services.

The data requested by the User is obtained from the Austrian land register. The Provider has no control over the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of the data and therefore assumes no responsibility or warranty in this regard.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Austrian law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the conflict of laws rules of private international law.
